Seoul Sound Library | Chungmuro Printing Town

Another unique sound library from Seoul, Korea!
Chungmuro is without a doubt, one of the most iconic and unique neighbourhoods we discovered in Seoul.
It's one of the places I hope never changes and remains exactly how it is.

This neighbourhood was known for its theatres and production studios before many of them either closed or moved to Gangnam. What did not relocate to Gangnam were the many printing shops with a history dating back hundreds of years.

The magnificent sound of the printing machines can be heard when strolling through the little alleys. This sound library contains ambience recordings that I recorded around and after midnight.

We even visit into a printing shop during the day to record the unique machine.
