We can call it The “Hotel of Kings” and probably one of the coolest and impressive abandoned buildings I stepped in.

Located in the village of Prodromos in Cyprus hidden between the Pine Forests surrounded by swallows and other birds you can find this "forgotten" hotel.
Opened in 1931 it was a majestic building and after closing in 1984 it became a sad-looking "naked" and full with graffiti tags stone building that begins to crumble. It always breaks my heart seeing it and while walking around I always think "I had the money, I would bring it back to life". Well, let's call it dreams. But while walking around listening to this building is definitely not silent.

I wish I wasn't alone by the time I went so I recorded a few other visitors talking in the background but rather than this, the swallow sounds or pigeons I recorded are awesome just like the dripping water. It creates an incredibly spooky atmosphere and if you need a picture to the sounds just google "Berengia Hotel Cyprus".
